We are looking for a Progress Tracking Engineer, preferably a Civil Engineer, with extensive experience in construction contracting companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring project schedules, managing engineering teams, and overseeing administrative, accounting, and procurement staff to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
• Develop, update, and track project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Supervise and coordinate with site engineers and project managers to optimize workflow.
• Identify potential delays and risks, proposing corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress to stakeholders.
• Oversee administrative, accounting, and procurement teams to streamline operations.
• Maintain compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely material delivery.
• Assist in budget tracking and cost control to optimize resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess work progress and resolve operational challenges.
• Implement and enhance project management tools for better tracking and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project tracking and management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or other project management tools.
• Leadership: Strong ability to manage teams, coordinate tasks, and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify delays, risks, and inefficiencies and develop effective solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making and adaptability to project challenges.
