Responsibilities and Duties:

Program opinion surveys using our user-friendly platform.

Use data testing in excel to ensure that all programming scenarios are set up correctly.

Be responsive as needs of the survey change throughout the day.

Withhold and promote company's Quality of Standards.

Required Skills:

Setting up and managing daily quotas.

Providing advice on survey programming and quotas.

Being responsive and anticipating needs/requests.

Understanding of data and statistical analysis.

Ensuring data integrity, questioning the data and producing error free reports.
