Programmer Senior High

- Analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team

- Maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work

- Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions

Senior 60 - 84 Months

Candidate is able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for others; may have advanced education.

1. 60 months experience with writing Java application software for data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions; environments include but are not limited to mainframe, personal computers, laptop; available to assist and/or lead in the design of program specifications and the implementation of software solutions.

2. Bachelor's Degree 

3. 48 or more months experience in EJB development and transaction management programming in a complex, large-scale environment involving the integration of J2EE applications with legacy mainframe environments. 

4. 48 or more months experience working with and implementing Struts 2.0 

5. 48 or more months experience working with and implementing Struts 

6. 36 or more months experience with demonstrated proficiency in the proper application of standard design patterns (J2EE, GoF) to solve complex business problems. 

7. 48 or more months experience with use of XML, JAXB and SOA web services in a J2EE environment. 

8. 24 or more months experience programming in and using JUnit. 

9. 36 or more months experience with the use of Maven 

10. 48 or more month's experience analyzing business processes and workflows, and working with non-technical staff to develop system specifications and resolve problems.
