In this role, you’ll guide the setup and delivery of infrastructure programmes, making sure the right things happen at the right time and that the benefits are felt across the organisation and the community. You’ll be the person who brings structure, clarity, and momentum, helping teams stay aligned and ensuring projects move smoothly from planning to delivery.
You’ll work closely with business owners to set direction, manage risks and opportunities, and keep everyone moving toward a shared vision. Building strong relationships inside and outside the Council will be key, and if you’re someone who loves connecting the dots, influencing outcomes, and seeing your work make a real difference, we’d love to see your application.
