Programmatic Executive

Job Description

Reporting to the Programmatic Director, as Programmatic Executive you will be the supporting role for the Programmatic team bridging the gap between complex media briefs and platform execution. You will support the team in the following areas: planning, trafficking, building, optimising, and reporting on Programmatic Display & Video campaigns

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Planning, executing and managing Display & Video Media Campaigns in the Programmatic Environment

• Execute end-to-end trafficking in CM360, ensuring naming conventions and landing pages are perfect before syncing to DV360.

• Optimise campaigns towards Client and Jellyfish KPIs

• Collaborate with Client Services & Account Directors to deliver operational excellence for our Clients

• Performance Reporting: Analyze CSV data exports to provide factual observations and interpret the "why" (Insights) behind performance shifts.

• Collaborate with Media Team to engage media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions

Qualifications

• Demonstrated 1+ years of experience in a Display or Video Discipline

• Previous experience with programmatic buying through Display & Video 360 (DV360)

• Previous experience managing end-to-end trafficking workflows including creative setup in CM360 and seamless synchronization/assignment in DV360

• Able to effectively organise complex projects, consistently, and ensure all work is completed with accuracy.

• Excellent data & analytical skills required

• Strong customer phone and face-to-face skills required

• Moderate / Advanced skills working with data in Excel, including experience with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP formulas, performing basic statistical analysis, and working with Pivot Tables.
