Program Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Program Support Specialist to support a multi-faceted onsite federal program. This role will provide coordination across program operations, health and safety, quality assurance, and staff support. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates effectively, and delivers consistently high-quality work while supporting a diverse technical team.

Job Description::
• Support day to day program operations, scheduling, documentation, and coordination with federal and contractor teams
• Works closely with the program management office to facilitate program operations and functional tasks
• Assist with onsite health and safety initiatives, including reporting, training logistics, compliance tracking, safety program support, and H&S inspection preparation
• Support quality assurance activities including document control, QA review and other tracking, and audit preparation
• Serve as a staff liaison, supporting onboarding processes, workspace coordination, and general staff needs
• Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, notes, and action tracking
• Maintain organized program files, logistics, and operational resources
• Provide responsive, professional support to clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills: :
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience supporting federal programs, scientific teams, or onsite operations preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with health and safety, QA, or administrative coordination is a plus
• Ability to work onsite daily and maintain a professional presence with federal clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Comfortable meeting with and speaking to people regularly, including federal staff, contractors, and program leadership
