Program Specialist of PRC communications Team

Job Description:

1. Manage the project of optimizing the agencies support according to the budget and requirements of execution efficiencies.
2. Work with internal teams to enable communications team to utilize AI tools as appropriate as we can.
3. Involve in communication projects, media briefing, e.g. the PRC Connection etc., Assist in communication content development and channel mgmt., vendor communication, internal database update.
4. Operations: Assist comms team leader to handle operational work within the team, including financial process, budget follow-up, compliance, team activities and meetings.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and writing skills in both English and Mandarin.
2. Problem-solving and attention to details
3. Excellent in Windows Office including world, excel, PowerPoints and other tools including SharePoint.
4. Ability to utilize AI tools e.g. Large Language Models, Copilot, ChatGPT, AI agent etc.
