Job Title: Program Operations Coordinator
Location: Universal City, CA
DURATION:- 04+ Months (with possible extension)
Job Description
Qualifications: 1-3 years’ work experience Demonstrated advanced computer skills with a focus on the MS Office suite applications including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and Access. Strong written and verbal communication skills. SAP end user experience a Plus Willing to stretch and learn new things
Responsibilities: Assist with tracking production issue tickets requiring resolution. Assist in ticket research and communication to end users. Assist with populating and organizing training documentation.
Experience with HP ALM and SAP is Required
