Location: Remote - India

Shift Timings: 7 pm- 4 am IST(US Hours)

Role Description:

The Program Operations Specialist supports the Supply Chain Program Management team through daily operation of the Change Management intake portal and approval workflows. This role ensures requests move smoothly through the lifecycle, conducts data checks, and coordinates with cross functional partners to drive timely follow through. The Specialist also provides foundational PMO support by organizing WBR and MBR materials, tracking required metrics, coordinating updates from stakeholders, and maintaining consistent governance across decks and reporting cadences.  This role reports to the Manager, Supply Chain Programs.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the Change Management intake portal, approval routing, workflows, and data accuracy. 

• Monitor request progress, follow up with owners, and escalate delays when needed. 

• Support PMO operations by organizing WBR and MBR decks, tracking required metrics, and gathering inputs from stakeholders. 

• Maintain SOPs, process maps, templates, and documentation for Change Management and PMO mechanisms. 

• Provide basic project coordination through tracking tasks, timelines, and updates across initiatives. 

• Assist with tools such as Jira and Power Automate, helping troubleshoot and maintain workflows.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; or relevant experience in operations or project coordination. 

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track many moving pieces and follow up consistently. 

• Clear and effective communication skills. 

• Comfort working in structured workflows and operating mechanisms. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite. 

• Experience with Jira, PowerBI, Power Automate, or other workflow tools is a plus.
