Job Description

About Suno

At Suno, we are building a future where anyone can make music. You can make a song for any moment with just a few short words. Award-winning artists use Suno, but our core user base consists of everyday people making music — often for the first time.

We are a team of musicians and AI experts, including alumni from Spotify, TikTok, Meta and Kensho. We like to ship code, make music and drink coffee. Our company culture celebrates music and experimenting with sound — from lunchroom conversations to the studio in our office.

About the Role

As Program Manager, Talent Operations at Suno, you’ll play a critical role in scaling how we hire—bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver programs that improve the quality, speed, and fairness of our hiring decisions, while enabling our teams to operate with confidence and autonomy.

This role sits at the intersection of process, tools, and people. You’ll own core talent operations programs—from structured interviewing and interviewer enablement to recruiting tools optimization, knowledge management, and change communications. You’ll build and maintain Suno’s single source of truth for hiring practices, develop training and playbooks that raise the bar for hiring rigor, and ensure our systems and workflows are scalable, consistent, and ready for what’s next.

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy building from the ground up, translating complexity into simple, usable frameworks, and driving adoption through thoughtful change management. With a strong data-driven mindset, you’ll continuously identify opportunities to improve how we hire, measure what’s working, and turn insights into action—helping Suno grow its team with intention, inclusivity, and excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Partner across TA and key stakeholders to deliver process improvement initiatives that increase consistency, speed, and accountability across the hiring lifecycle.

• Support optimization of Suno’s recruiting tools and workflows, improving adoption, consistency, and AI readiness across the team.

• Own Talent Operations knowledge management and communications—maintaining the single source of truth (playbooks, templates, process documentation) and leading change management for process and tooling updates.

• Own and scale Suno’s structured interviewing and interviewer enablement system—building the standards, toolkits, training, calibration, and governance that drive consistent, high-quality hiring decisions.

• Develop and maintain a single source of truth (playbooks, toolkits, process docs, templates) with governance, audit cadence, and change management communications that increase self-serve and reduce churn/confusion.

• Enabling interviewer, recruiters, and sourcer through training, playbooks, and process/tool fluency—specifically improving intake quality, interview feedback, candidate evaluation rigor, and consistent execution of structured hiring practices.

• Partner on Talent events and conferences, supporting planning, logistics, and post-event ROI and performance insights.

• Design and scale structured interviewing programs (competencies, rubrics, scorecards, question banks), plus building and delivering hiring manager/interviewer training, calibration, and/or certification programs that measurably improve interview quality and consistency.

What You’ll Need

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting, and/or program, change, or project management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• A passion for building new, inclusive, and scalable programs

• Strong ownership, autonomy, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail

• A demonstrated ability to think creatively and build programs from the ground up

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A data-driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy identifying trends and turning insights into action

• Adaptability and a growth mindset, with the ability to shift priorities as circumstances change

Benefits

• Company Equity Package

• 401(k) with 3% Employer Match & Roth 401(k)

• Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance (PPO w/ HSA & FSA options)

• 11 Paid Holidays + Unlimited PTO & Sick Time

• 16 Weeks of Paid Parental Leave

• Creative Education Stipend

• Generous Commuter Allowance

• In-Office Lunch (5 days per week)
