In This Role
In this role, you will partner closely with business and delivery leaders to drive high‑visibility programs from initiation through execution. You’ll operate in a fast‑paced environment supporting a customer success–focused organization, helping bring structure, prioritization, and visibility to complex initiatives. This role requires strong program management expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead through ambiguity while coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups and workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment to business objectives
• Provide day‑to‑day program support including task tracking, milestone management, and resource coordination
• Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, timelines, requirements, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Partner with business and program owners to identify process or organizational change and help drive consensus on adoption strategies
• Manage large programs or multiple concurrent projects involving cross‑functional teams with competing priorities
• Lead cross‑organization project teams to achieve targeted outcomes within defined timelines
• Facilitate recurring meetings and operating rhythms, including coordination and scheduling of standing and ad hoc meetings
• Prepare and distribute recurring communications such as monthly newsletters or updates
• Manage and triage incoming feedback, questions, and requests on a daily basis
• Support tooling and process workflows (e.g., tracking activities, landing changes, and follow‑ups)
• Maintain documentation, FAQs, policies, and procedures, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Engage with leadership as needed to communicate program objectives, progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
• 4–8 years of experience in program or project management
• Proven experience managing complex programs or multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt to change in a fast‑moving environment
• Demonstrated experience collaborating across teams, functions, and organizations
• Strong risk assessment and mitigation skills, including the ability to proactively identify project risks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels
• Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., document creation, presentations, spreadsheets, email, and meeting platforms)
Preferred Qualifications
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent)
• Experience supporting customer success, service delivery, or operational excellence initiatives
• Background in the software or technology industry, including familiarity with enterprise‑scale products or services
• Experience using work tracking or program management tools (e.g., ADO or similar platforms)
• Demonstrated experience engaging with executive‑level stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly synthesize complex information
• Experience working with external partners or vendors
• Exposure to adult learning, enablement, or training program principles
• Demonstrated leadership skills and success managing large, cross‑functional initiatives

Compensation Information
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $100000 - $110000 USD annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
