Role Overview:

The Investment Solution Program Manager is a senior, strategic role responsible for leading transformation initiatives across its entire value chain. The position combines deep Front Office expertise with strong program and change management capabilities to translate business strategy into executable, end-to-end transformation plans.

Acting as the key partner for senior stakeholders, the role provides a consolidated global view across multiple geographies and drives improvements across platforms, processes, and the full x-asset product value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

Act as the main point of contact for the Investment Solutions Global Head on platform transformation topics.

Define, drive, and maintain the global Investment Solutions transformation strategy and execution approach, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities.

Balance short-, medium-, and long-term objectives, ensuring delivery sequencing maximizes business value.

Portfolio Management:

Collaborate closely with Sales and Trading to define transformation goals and translate them into actionable projects.

Coordinate and lead global and local stakeholders across Front Office, Risk, Operations, IT, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Compliance in order to deliver the product development agenda.

Bring seniority and expert criteria to help solve blocking points early on time and during the project execution.

Work in accordance with BBVA's Project Management processes to support Global Markets’ implementation of new products and processes.

Promote the use of systematic and homogeneous program management best practices, aligned with BBVA general standards and industry best practices.

Continuous Improvement:

Contribute to the design of new processes, target operating models, and solutions, leveraging strong expertise in Front Office processes and tools.

Identify and drive improvements across the full Investment Solutions product value chain, from Front Office to downstream processes.Proactively identify structural weaknesses, inefficiencies, and risks, proposing and implementing pragmatic, value-driven solutions.

Required Profile:

Degree in Engineering, Maths, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent

Broad knowledge of the whole product value chain (FO, BO, Accounting, Risk, etc.)

Understand pricing, negotiation, and risk management processes from both a functional and technical perspective

Strong experience (at least 10 years) in Front Office / Trading environments.

Familiar with Investment Solutions / Structured Notes / Equity

Solid understanding of Program / Project Management best practices

Proven ability to interact with senior business stakeholders and translate business needs into functional solutions.

Experience working with external support teams.

Strong communication, coordination, and prioritization skills.

Fluent in English. Spanish is desirable.
