Program Manager (Facilities & Construction Management)

ATI has a current need for a full-time Facilities & Construction Management Program Manager in Columbia, MD.
The Program Manager will be responsible for program management for ATI’s Facilities and Construction Management department as well as business development activities, including proposal development.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties may include, but not be limited to, the following:
Overseeing project execution requirements including client liaison, safety, quality, staffing, budget/cost planning, record keeping, invoicing, reporting, and management of project staff.
Identifying new opportunities that correspond to ATI’s facility operations and construction management qualifications;
Positioning and assembling a team to pursue these opportunities;
Providing technical/cost direction and input in drafting proposals; and
Leading transition and start-up activities on new projects.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Practice Leader, Director, Senior Program Manager or similar role on facility operations, construction, and/or construction management contracts in support of Government and/or commercial clients;
Demonstrated success in identifying and leading capture of facility and/or construction management projects valued in excess of $1 Million;
Connections throughout the facility and/or construction management community including Government and commercial clients, facility and construction management firms, and specialty subcontractors;
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or other relevant field;
Proficiency using MS Office (including MS Word and Excel) and excellent verbal and written communication skills – a writing sample will be required;
High level of professionalism for client interaction; and
Certification in relevant field (i.e., PE, PMP, CFM, CCM, CxA, etc.) is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $150,000 - $180,000/year depending on experience
Location: Columbia, MD; Occasional travel to client sites and conferences required.
Working Hours: Normal Work Hours – Monday – Friday (anticipate 40 per week).
