Join our Program Management Team in Düsseldorf and actively contribute to shaping the academic experience of our Master in Finance students. In a dynamic and international environment, you will help ensure excellent service quality as well as efficient organizational and administrative processes.
Our Master in Finance program attracts ambitious, high-performing students from around the world who are preparing for careers in the financial sector. Professional and service-oriented program management forms the foundation for a successful academic journey - from enrollment through to graduation.
Your mission:
• Coordination of courses and the associated examinations
• Advising and supporting students in organizational and academic matters, particularly with course registration and examinations
• Administrative support and coordination of external lecturers
• Collaboration with professors as well as with relevant organizational and administrative units of the university
• Handling additional related tasks within the scope of program coordination and student events (i.e. Welcome Week, Graduation)
Your profile:
• Completed university degree in a relevant field or a comparable qualification
• Excellent communication skills in English (German skills are an advantage)
• Strong service and customer-oriented mindset when working with students and faculty
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Ideally, experience with campus management and learning management systems (e.g., Moodle)
• Flexibility and resilience
• Willingness to work flexible hours (e.g., occasionally evenings and/or weekends)
