As a Program Manager – Engineering Delivery Excellence (f/m/d), you’ll be the driving force behind predictable, high-quality delivery across Parloa’s fast-scaling engineering organization. You’ll help shape how we plan, execute, and scale delivery at the intersection of strategy and execution — enabling our teams to move fast while maintaining excellence.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL


Drive Quarterly & Capacity Planning


Partner with Engineering Managers and Product to lead structured, data-informed quarterly planning.


Align capacity with roadmap commitments, surfacing risks and trade-offs early.


Build forecasting and throughput mechanisms for greater predictability.


Champion Delivery Discipline


Inspect and improve agile ceremonies across teams, ensuring consistency and focus.


Raise planning quality by enforcing clear goals, acceptance criteria, and dependency management.


Track sprint execution and proactively identify blockers or delivery risks.


Build Operational Excellence


Establish scalable delivery practices, governance, and metrics.


Create visibility into delivery health through dashboards and reporting.


Foster a culture of continuous improvement across engineering and product.


Enhance Cross-Functional Collaboration


Connect engineering groups (CXA, Product Platform, Technology Platform) to manage dependencies.


Partner with leaders to uphold shared delivery accountability.


Translate strategy into execution, ensuring roadmap goals become shipped value.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE


5–8+ years of experience as a Program Manager or similar role in high-growth software organizations.


Strong grasp of Agile at Scale (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid) with the pragmatism to adapt processes to business needs.


Skilled in capacity planning, forecasting, and risk management across multiple teams.


Proven ability to influence without authority, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering leaders.


Passion for operational excellence—you improve how teams deliver without adding bureaucracy.
