Program Manager (Client Success)
Join the MBD Team as a Program Manager and help deliver clearly documented, high-quality solutions using our proprietary workflow platform to drive long-term client success.
This role is full-time (40 hours), Mon – Fri, 9 - 5.30pm reporting to the Strategic Operations Manager and is open to remote working in the US (EST) only. The pay range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000 dependent on experience.
We are seeking a collaborative and organized Program Manager who enjoys working with clients and internal teams to deliver clearly documented, high‑quality software solutions that drive long‑term success. What you’ll do:
Maintain client confidence through clear communication, expectation-setting, and alignment.
Author, edit, and maintain a wide range of technical, marketing, and sales materials, including:
Client contracts, proposals/estimates and client‑facing presentations
User, administration, and configuration guides
System health checks and KPI reporting
Act as a subject‑matter expert on system capabilities, configurations, and constraints throughout the onboarding/implementation process of the system and updates.
Manage interpretation of internal and client requirements to support system specifications and deployment of customized software solutions.
Partner with Digital Product Owner to ensure demos and trainings effectively highlight relevant features and functionality.
Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to support client onboarding and ongoing usage.
Translate technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly documentation for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
What you’ll bring:
Strong technical writing and editing expertise across multiple content types.
Strong client facilitation and communication skills.
Ability to align technical solutions to business needs.
Comfortable coordinating complex, cross-functional efforts.
Program and project management skills in software or technology‑enabled environments.
Process-oriented, collaborative, and solution-focused skills
