We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Program Manager – Career Services to build and scale a high-impact employability and student success program for international students studying in India. This is a foundational role focused on creating systems, improving student outcomes, and building a structured career-readiness ecosystem from the ground up.
You will own the student journey end-to-end — from onboarding and activation to assignment evaluation, curriculum refinement, internship success, and employer readiness. The role requires a unique combination of operational rigor, student empathy, structured thinking, and strong ownership.
This is not a role where you inherit established systems. You will design the processes, build the playbooks, and create the standards that define long-term program success.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Student Activation & Cohort Management
• Identify and onboard motivated students in collaboration with student affairs teams.
• Build and maintain weekly student tracking systems covering employability scores, assignment completion, internships, and earnings.
• Ensure strong cohort participation and maintain high assignment submission rates across active student groups.
• Prepare final-year student profiles and coordinate readiness for placement opportunities.
• Design onboarding frameworks and engagement playbooks for new student intakes.
Assignment Evaluation & Feedback
• Evaluate assignments consistently within defined turnaround timelines.
• Provide structured, actionable, and individualized feedback to students.
• Track performance trends across cohorts and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare weekly cohort performance reports highlighting top performers, disengaged students, and risk indicators.
Curriculum Design & Delivery
• Audit existing curriculum and identify content gaps, outdated modules, and areas for improvement.
• Co-design and continuously improve employability-focused learning programs aligned with current market demands.
• Ensure assignments and learning outcomes remain relevant to employer expectations and emerging industry trends.
• Coordinate with content and operations teams to support curriculum delivery and updates.
Internship & Employer Success
• Build internship onboarding processes and operational SOPs.
• Coordinate student readiness before internship placements.
• Track internship completion, employer satisfaction, and partner retention metrics.
• Collect employer feedback and use insights to strengthen curriculum and student preparedness.
Fellowship & Student Leadership Programs
• Identify and onboard high-performing student fellows to support cohort engagement and operations.
• Define responsibilities, monitor performance, and recommend continuation or rotation decisions.
• Ensure fellows actively support onboarding, participation, and student motivation initiatives.
Stakeholder & Student Affairs Coordination
• Partner closely with student affairs and academic teams to support student engagement and welfare.
• Escalate disengagement or performance concerns proactively.
• Coordinate activation events, student interventions, and engagement initiatives across locations.
Employability Intelligence & Reporting
• Deliver regular employability insights and skill trend reports to leadership.
• Identify emerging skills, tools, and market requirements relevant to remote and global employment opportunities.
• Recommend curriculum innovations, new learning tracks, and process improvements based on student and employer feedback.
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience managing training, student success, career services, cohort operations, or employability programs.
• Experience building systems, SOPs, and operational processes from scratch.
• Strong ability to evaluate work, provide structured feedback, and manage programs at scale.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of student psychology, motivation, and engagement.
• Ability to work independently in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
• Strong interest in employability trends, remote work opportunities, and workforce readiness.
