The ideal candidates will have a strong program management background, proven leadership and communication skills, the ability to drive change in a matrixed environment, and experience with finance and compliance technologies. We are looking for a high performing, creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and a track record for delivering quality and timely results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical program management for engagements with touch points across global teams 

• Lead planning for initiatives, partnering with key stakeholders across product management, engineering manager, architects and quality engineering leader. 

• Lead agile adoption roll out for the Intuit’s finance and compliance technologies Team 

• Create shared vision and build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment with partners across the business (e.g. Program Mgmt., Product Management and Quality Engineering) 

• Setup and monitor delivery metrics 

• Provide clarity to senior management team about risks and issues and proactively work with stakeholders to fix them.

• 6+ years of program management experience delivering finance technology solutions 

• Demonstrated experience setting up and managing large Agile global programs 

• Agile expert. Strong ability to articulate and coach agile teams 

• High-energy leader. Ability to build relationships and collaborate across a variety of stakeholders 

• Very good understanding of software engineering practices and high velocity agile development. 

• Demonstrated experience setting up key business metrics for projects and help monitor those 

• Strong business acumen. Ability to understand product strategy and provide line of sight to metrics and initiatives 

• Ability to seamlessly communicate to various levels of the organizations 

• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills 

• Adept in project management and working in a distributed global engineering ecosystem. 

Some hands on development experience will be an added plus.
