Program Manager - ADAS System

• Establish the appropriate project organization
• Select project core team members in conjunction with functional management
• Establish appropriate project reporting structure and information flow
• Achieve the agreed project objectives
• Ensure consideration and tracking of supplier related activities in the overall project plan
• Perform risk management
• Provide access to knowledge gained in the project (eg. Lessons learned with project closure report)
• Protect confidentiality of his or her project data
• Manage integration of new technologies into the project
• Instruct team members with regards to the standards and methods
• Ensure project compliance to defined process
• Secure management approval of the project
• Evaluate performance of core team members in accordance with line management
• Manage the project team to realize the project objectives in the project agreement documents
• Develop project plan according to defined process
• Ensure proper methods are used in defining corrective actions (e.g. for risk management)
• Manage the selection of outsourcing and development partners, components and suppliers (action items resulting from the sourcing committee to be integrated in the project plan)
• Plan and conduct project review* and milestone meetings (support of review agent)
