Leading web consulting firm based in the historic Tivoli Theatre off Delmar in the Loop in St. Louis is seeking proven program lead to join our growing team of marketing and technology professionals.

We are looking for creative leads who want to learn on a daily basis, take pride in developing highly usable, intuitive web marketing solutions and hope to change the world via technology.

We are seeking an exceptional strategic thinker who obsesses about building world class user experiences to join our growing team.

• Passion for leading the design and development of highly usable web and marketing solutions.
• Exceptional communicator.
• Excellent writing and editorial skills.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills for marketing, web support and design/build projects.
• Experience with iterative development.
• Lead multiple projects from inception through execution - on time and on budget.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate across skill levels in a matrix environment to influence without authority.
• Marketing and business skills including: business strategy, campaign execution, marketing automation, data quality and IT systems as it relates to web, mobile, social and other marketing activities.
• Build trust and demonstrate high integrity with our clients and team.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

• Experience managing complex projects/programs
• Understanding of software development methodologies
• Understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Experience working in a cross-functional and matrix driven environment
• Understanding of modern web technologies - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
• Understanding of CMS/WordPress/Drupal/Joomla/DNN/Magento
• Understanding and appreciate of User Experience Design (UXD)
• An obsessive focus on the user

Must have a passion for all things web, learning every day and working with the most creative, awesome team in St. Louis.
