As a Program Manager – Academics, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of academic programs—from planning and curriculum execution to delivery, evaluation, and optimization. You will work closely with faculty, content teams, operations, and leadership to ensure programs are delivered effectively, on time, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Program Management
• Own the lifecycle of academic programs, including planning, scheduling, execution, and evaluation.
• Define program goals, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure smooth coordination across cross-functional teams such as academics, operations, and tech.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, feedback loops, and process optimization.
Academic Excellence
• Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to design and enhance curriculum frameworks.
• Ensure academic content meets quality standards and aligns with learning objectives.
• Oversee program delivery to maintain consistency and effectiveness in teaching methodologies.
• Evaluate learner outcomes, engagement metrics, and academic performance.
• Implement best practices in pedagogy, assessment, and learner experience.
Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with instructors, academic partners, and leadership teams.
• Communicate program updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
Operations & Execution
• Manage program logistics including scheduling, resource allocation, and batch planning.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and operational standards.
• Work closely with support teams to resolve learner or faculty issues efficiently.
Data-Driven Decision Making
• Track KPIs such as completion rates, learner satisfaction, and program effectiveness.
• Use data insights to refine program strategy and improve outcomes.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4–12 years of experience in program management, academic operations, or education management.
• Strong understanding of academic program structures, curriculum design, and learning methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working with data, metrics, and performance tracking tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in EdTech, higher education, or training organizations.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning environments.
• Certification in program/project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
