Our subsidiary Jadaya is seeking for a Program Management - Assistant Manager to oversee multiple projects and ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. The role is responsible for delivering programs on time, within scope, and within budget while driving operational efficiency, stakeholder alignment, and overall program success.
The Program Management Assistant Manager will coordinate resources, lead and mentor project teams, monitor risks and performance metrics, and facilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and define program plans, objectives, scope, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gain support for program success.
• Work closely with Project Managers to develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Execute governance and gate checks throughout the program lifecycle.
• Oversee the execution of multiple related projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Efficiently allocate resources across projects and manage interdependencies to optimize workflow and performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication and managing expectations throughout the program lifecycle.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement and communication plans are maintained effectively.
• Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions to minimize project impact.
• Track program performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report project status, identifying variances from the plan and recommending corrective actions.
• Support the development and analysis of project forecasts and budget allocation exercises.
• Advocate for project management best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Prepare and present program status reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, risks, and recommendations.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Project Coordinator.
Requirements:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
Certifications
• Professional certifications in Project and Program Management such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are mandatory.
Experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Project and Program Management.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and/or program portfolios.
• Strong track record of strategic alignment, stakeholder management, and successful project delivery.
