We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Program Director to join our team.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Under supervision of the Executive Director or designee, performs responsible managerial and professional work in the administration, oversight and operation of an assigned group home. Work involves planning program operations; developing policies and procedures that govern operational and administrative functions; and managing the implementation of the program services. Positions in this class manage the work of subordinate staff engaged in implementing daily operations. Identifies, obtains and allocates needed program resources to include staff, material and financial resources. Performs related work as directed.
