Optimiza is on the lookout for a dynamic Program Director for Telco Transformation to lead our strategic initiatives in the telecommunications sector. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of transformation programs that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and technology integration. Your industry expertise and leadership skills will be essential in navigating the complexities of telco transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale transformation programs in the telecommunications sector, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, operational, and marketing units, to develop and implement comprehensive transformation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
• Monitor program performance, analyzing metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies associated with program delivery, implementing contingency plans as necessary.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 18+ years of experience in project and program management within the telecommunications or technology industries.
• Strong understanding of telecom operations, technology trends, digital transformation initiatives, and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex transformation projects with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience utilizing data to drive decision-making.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and external partners.
