Role Overview
The Program Director is the single point of accountability for the performance of a client program, ensuring operational excellence, financial discipline, and client satisfaction across all functions.
This role acts as the “CEO of the account”, orchestrating Recruitment, Training, Workforce, Language Access, and QA to deliver predictable, scalable, and high-quality service.

What We Are Looking For
✔ Experience
Previous experience as Team Lead, Manager, or Program Leader (last 6–12 months preferred)
Experience in BPO, Contact Center, or Service Delivery environments (strongly preferred)
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams

Strong strategic thinking and decision-making
Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
Strong data-driven mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
