This role serves as a key leadership position within the organization, requiring strong integrity and a thorough understanding of licensing regulations and legislation related to Behavioral Health (BH). The ideal candidate will bring expertise, professionalism, and a dedication to supporting excellence in care.

Position Details:

Schedule: Days/Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Total: FT 40hrs./wk. (Hours and times vary based on program needs)

What You’ll Do:

Supervise Managers and conduct meetings.

Respond to calls during off hours.

Perform Manager or DSP duties as needed and fills shifts when necessary.

Complete all required documentation promptly, including time and attendance, daily logs, progress notes, and monthly reports.

Participate in ongoing communication and planning for individualized program implementation.

Administer medications and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Maintain current knowledge of licensing guidelines and legislation in the BH field.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.

Qualifications:

18 years or older

Provide and maintain a Valid U.S. Driver’s License and insurable under company policy

Experience working with individuals with Behavioral disabilities

2 years of supervisory experience

Residential Group Home experience

Ability to pass and maintain Medication Certification & CPR/First Aid
