Are you energized by enhancing systems that make teams stronger, more efficient, and ready to perform at their best? The Program Director of Centralized Operations is an exciting, newly created athletics role designed to elevate support across multiple sport programs while advancing a dynamic, department-wide service model.

In this role, you’ll be at the center of the athletic department - driving consistency, improving processes, and creating alignment across programs and departments. Serve as a primary operational liaison for assigned sport programs, coordinating facility scheduling, event logistics, and collaboration with internal partners including Facilities, Event Management, and Fan Experience. Support apparel and equipment needs, assist with budget coordination, and oversee Teamworks input. Contribute to recruiting logistics and the planning of program events.

• Bachelor’s degree

• Skilled with data and technology platforms
• Ability to understand aspects critical to user experience
