We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of large-scale AI data programs. This role is critical in ensuring seamless delivery across multiple projects while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction, program profitability, and adherence to delivery timelines. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of client delivery expertise, deep understanding of artificial intelligence workflows, and robust data management capabilities.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex AI data programs, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication and solution-oriented delivery.
• Drive program planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while managing multiple stakeholders across geographies.
• Ensure profitability of programs by effectively managing resources, optimizing costs, and identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies.
• Define and track key performance metrics related to delivery timelines, quality, and client outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data operations, engineering, quality assurance, and product teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
• Identify risks and dependencies early in the program lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
• Establish and maintain best practices, processes, and frameworks for AI data program delivery and data management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery quality, scalability, and efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Client Delivery:

• Proven track record of managing enterprise clients and delivering complex programs with high customer satisfaction.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a consultative approach to problem-solving.

Artificial Intelligence:

• Good understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, including data annotation, model training, validation, and deployment workflows.
• Experience working with AI-driven products or data-centric AI programs is highly preferred.
• Ability to translate client requirements into scalable AI data solutions.

Data Management:

• Strong knowledge of data operations, data quality frameworks, and data governance practices.
• Experience handling large-scale datasets, data pipelines, and annotation workflows.
• Familiarity with tools and platforms used in data processing and management.

Additional Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in AI, data services, or technology-driven environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on metrics-driven decision-making.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
