Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Program Support Coordinator to assist our team with administrative and documentation-related responsibilities. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple individuals and tasks simultaneously, and a willingness to learn new systems and processes. The Coordinator will also foster collaborative relationships with clients' circles of support, handle office protocols professionally, and maintain high standards of internal and external communication.

Responsibilities
• Communicate clearly and professionally with multiple parties on behalf of individuals, as well as with internal team members.
• Maintain organized and accurate records while tracking multiple individuals at the same time.
• Review documentation thoroughly prior to submission to the Developmental Disabilities Regional Office (DDRO), ensuring compliance with established guidelines best practices and instructions.
• Follow structured procedures and ensure accuracy in all submitted materials
• Learn and utilize the basics of eVero / Choices software systems as part of daily responsibilities
• Perform accurate data entry while managing multiple records and deadlines
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish. at least at a level of C1
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize client needs effectively.
• Empathetic and caring attitude towards individuals with diverse backgrounds and needs.
• Proficient in computer software for documentation, record-keeping, and communication (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite and client management systems).
• Prior administrative, coordination, or documentation review experience
• Familiarity with healthcare, social services, or compliance-related documentation (a plus, not required)
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and effectively use new software platforms
• Demonstrated ability to perform accurate data entry while managing multiple records and deadlines
