• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with property managers, healthcare administrators, and technical teams.
• Communicate project updates and strategy to senior leadership.
• Support readiness assessments and stage gate reviews across programs.
• Collaborate with regional program managers and project controls teams.
• Lead program-level reporting and governance activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements and delivery innovations.
• Capture and share lessons learned to enhance future project performance.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related technical field; a Master’s degree is preferred and may substitute for some experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing capital projects, with a strong track record across sectors such as commercial real estate, healthcare, and data centers.
• Extensive experience in project controls, including developing and managing budgets, schedules, forecasts, and performance metrics on large-scale programs.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery, from planning and design through construction and closeout.
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of construction documentation, procurement processes, and standard contract forms (e.g., AIA, FIDIC, or similar), with experience in contract negotiation and administration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and client satisfaction.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, AACE, or equivalent are highly desirable and reflect a commitment to industry best practices.
