WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A Program Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the accelerator program and events. This position involves managing defined tasks independently, ensuring smooth logistical execution, facilitating connections, and actively supporting the program's community-building efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program Support
Assist in the coordination and execution of accelerator programs, workshops, and events in close partnership with our corporate partners. Ensure all logistical details are handled effectively, including scheduling, communications, and materials preparation.
Provide direct support to participating startups by addressing their needs, facilitating access to resources, and connecting them with relevant mentors and industry experts.
Maintain program databases, prepare detailed reports, and manage program documentation (e.g., cohort status, key performance metrics).
Event Operations
Help organize and manage signature events such as our Summit Event, pitch days, and networking sessions. This includes managing registrations, setting up venues (physical or virtual), and ensuring smooth event operations.
Marketing & Community Building
Actively engage with the startup community, including founders, mentors, and industry partners. Foster positive relationships and gather feedback to enhance the program.
Assist in creating social media strategy and posts to drive visibility and brand reputation in the relevant technology ecosystem.
TYPICAL BACKGROUND:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
+3 years of work experience in event management, program management or marketing roles
An advanced level of English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
Required: Strong demonstrated interest in the startup ecosystem and an understanding of emerging technology trends.
