POSITION: Program Analyst – WBS & Acquisition

LOCATION: Quantico, VA (On-Site Work)

STATUS: Full time – Contingent Hire     

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience

Experience: 5+years of related experience with Supports development and maintenance of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), acquisition schedules, and major program artifacts for Marine Corps

Must Haves: Extensive experience with coordinating milestone documentation, contract deliverables, and acquisition decision support packages across engineering, logistics, and business teams to ensure traceability to cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

Citizenship and Clearance: US. Citizen with Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one

Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to support client meetings and requirements

Skills: Relevant DoD acquisition or sustainment experience; Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong documentation and technical reporting skills, Strong problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently or with a team

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Client Familiarity: USMC

Tools Familiarity: DoD 5000 Manual, DoD/IC Acquisition Process, DAU courses

PRIMARY DUTIES:

Support program management, engineering, logistics, or analytical tasking as assigned

Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and acquisition schedules

Develop, maintain, and deliver required documentation, reports, and analyses

Coordinate with Government IPTs and stakeholders

Perform duties in direct support of Marine Corps
