Skill Requirement Medium level process complexity processing or analytical skills in more complex environments Low level of discretion and decision making within a decision framework Mostly rules based processing but with some judgement applied Able to follow standard processes but understand variations from process i.e BS Recs Ability to meet tight deadlinesRoles and Responsibilities Reading and interpreting of incoming documents/emails.  Analyse the request and identifying the correct procedure to be followed Accurately process the transaction within the required TAT & Quality Process work using a variety of different computer applications, depending on the request, to the required standard Expected to write scenario based emails/letters to customers in response to the queries/requests received from Customers
