POSITION: Program Analyst – CD&I Support

LOCATION: Quantico, VA (On-Site Work)

STATUS: Full time – Contingent Hire     

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience

Experience: 5+years of related experience with Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC) and Combat Development and Integration (CD&I)

Must Haves: Extensive experience with support to Marine Corps CD&I activities, including requirements development, capability gap analysis, DOTMLPF‑P (doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities & policy) documentation, and coordination with operating forces to inform future infantry weapons and optics modernization

Citizenship and Clearance: US. Citizen with Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one

Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to support client meetings and requirements

Skills: Relevant DoD CD&I experience; Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong documentation and technical reporting skills, Strong problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently or with a team

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Client Familiarity: USMC

Tools Familiarity: DoD 5000 Manual, DoD/IC Acquisition Process, DAU courses

PRIMARY DUTIES:

Support Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC) and Combat Development and Integration (CD&I)

Support Marine Corps CD&I activities, including requirements development, capability gap analysis, DOTMLPF‑P (doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities & policy) documentation, and coordination with operating forces to inform future infantry weapons and optics modernization

Develop, maintain, and deliver required documentation, reports, and analyses

Coordinate with Government IPTs and stakeholders

Perform duties in direct support of Marine Corps
