Program Analyst (5270)

SMX is seeking a Program Support Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Government Purchase Card (GPC) holder in the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development (DEVCOM)Aviation & Missile Center (AvMC) Technology Development Directorate (TDD).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the acquisition process by assisting the Government Purchase Card Holder in reviewing, purchasing, and tracking requisitions through the lifecycle of the purchase

• Monitor automated systems to sort, calculate/track data, purchases, and reports

• Assist property management team to ensure receipt and proper accounting for government-procured assets

• Support Purchase Card Holder to ensure each purchase is made in accordance with regulatory framework, within the required purchase limits and all documentation is up to date and accurate in the requisition file (hardcopy and electronic) to ensure successful audits

• Assist Purchase Card holder with GFEBS and AXOL US Bank Database Reconciliation statements

• Work closely with team members to receive and administer continuous training for process uniformity across the organization

Required Skills & Experience

• Clearance Required: Secret

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience

• Allowable substitution: A Master's and 0 years; Associate's and 4 years; or High school diploma and 6 years of experience

• Must possess effective interpersonal skills and sound analytical skills

• Be able to work independently

• Requires proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Desired Skills & Experience

• Willingness and ability to learn the acquisition process and the GPC purchasing process.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple actions.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with engineers, project leads, and the business team.

The proposed salary for this position is:
$41,000—$56,000 USD
