Job Description

Our Summer School offers young people a unique opportunity to gain first‑hand experience and discover what a career in professional services is really like.

Across a five-day programme, you will experience life inside a leading Chartered Financial Planning firm, explore a wide range of career pathways and learn how financial planning, investment management, legal expertise and tax strategy work together to support clients.

The programme offers a structured and enriching experience designed to give students real insight into the world of professional services. Each day features engaging sessions delivered by teams from across the business. You will gain insight into the supporting business areas that help provide, protect, and promote the professional services we offer, including Operations, Compliance, IT, Marketing, HR, and more. We will also offer sessions to help prepare you for the world of work, including CV writing and interview skills workshops.

The programme is designed for individuals aged 16 to 18 who are not sure what career path they wish to take but are interested in learning more about Professional Services.
