We are looking for a skilled MES Consultant with strong experience in manufacturing execution systems, shop-floor operations, and ERP integrations. This role focuses on implementing and optimizing MES solutions across manufacturing environments while ensuring seamless connectivity between shop-floor systems and enterprise platforms. You will work closely with business users, production teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable manufacturing solutions that improve operational efficiency, visibility, and production control.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in MES implementation lifecycles, strong manufacturing domain knowledge, and the ability to bridge technical systems with real-world production processes. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end MES implementation projects including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Work with manufacturing stakeholders to understand shop-floor workflows, production reporting, labor tracking, routing, scheduling, and operational requirements
• Configure and customize MES platforms to align with business and production processes
• Support integrations between MES platforms and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Infor, NetSuite, or similar enterprise applications
• Write and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting, reporting, data analysis, migration validation, and issue diagnosis
• Collaborate with technical teams on API integrations, REST services, JSON-based interfaces, and event-driven integration patterns
• Assist in customization and integration activities using technologies such as C#, Java, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
• Conduct system testing, integration testing, and validation to ensure smooth production deployment
• Support shop-floor data collection initiatives including barcode scanning, RFID systems, SCADA, or OPC UA integrations
• Prepare technical documentation, test cases, process flows, and customer-facing communications
• Work closely with global teams, implementation consultants, and manufacturing users to resolve production and system issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing operations and digital transformation programs
• Support cloud-based MES environments and modern deployment practices where applicable

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4–7 years of experience in MES implementation, manufacturing software solutions, or shop-floor execution systems
• Hands-on exposure to MES platforms such as ShopVue, Apriso, Opcenter, Plex, Epicor MES, Infor SyteLine, Prodsmart, Critical Manufacturing, FactoryTalk, or equivalent solutions
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations including work orders, BOMs, routings, labor tracking, OEE, scheduling, and production reporting
• Experience integrating MES systems with ERP platforms and enterprise applications
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to independently investigate and troubleshoot data-related issues
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, messaging systems, and modern integration frameworks
• Understanding of customization and development concepts using C#, Java, JavaScript, or related technologies
• Exposure to discrete manufacturing industries such as Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, or related sectors
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and customer-facing environments
• Comfortable working in dynamic project environments with global delivery teams and U.S.-aligned collaboration models
