Position Summary

We are looking for a Production Worker to support all aspects of our sawmill operations—from material handling to stacking lumber—while maintaining safety and quality standards. This is a physically active, team-oriented role where every contribution matters.

Key Responsibilities

Sort and stack lumber according to size and grade

Remove debris and maintain a clean, safe work area

Assist with sawmill machinery and production flow as directed

Follow all safety protocols and report hazards immediately

Support team with general labor duties as needed

Assist with pallet operations

Qualifications

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks

Comfortable working outdoors or in a semi-enclosed environment

Strong attendance and work ethic

Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
