Production Test Manager

We are looking for a creative and independent Product Test Engineering Manger in Hsinchu, Taiwan. NVIDIA's invention of the GPU 1999 fueled the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. What you'll be doing:

• Represent NVIDIA engineering team at all FT and burn-in OSATs to make sure all behaviors following with NV’s criteria and meet NV’s requirement

• Driving the factory key performance index & metrics measurement for periodic review

• Continuously lead the team to work with the subcontractors for continuous process improvement

• Collaborate the engineering activities with the cross functional NVIDIA team and the subcontractor

• Lead the team to manage the manufacturing, engineering and quality issues in the production line

• Continuously mentor and develop engineers to help widen their technical strengths

What we need to see:

• Bachelor Degree or above in an Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science

• 8+ overall years test or product engineering, IC test programming experiences

• 4+ years as the leader to lead the internal members or OSAT engineers

• Familiarity with IC test manufacture process including wafer sort and final test

• Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to effectively lead cross functional teams to solve complex problems

• Ability to foster a creative and collaborative climate with multi-functional teams, while providing leadership

• Good communication and organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving
