- Implement and maintain proper safety, hygiene (5S) in the production area (Hourly)

- Follow proper operation of Offset printer. Take control of standard parameters.

- Perform product conversion, and set specs for new products

- Implement and maintain consistent quality control procedures on the print

- Adjust the machine to the parameters of the product in accordance with the standards meet the requirements

- Report of quality incident, damaged machinery, safety during operation (Hourly)

- Perform troubleshooting work on the machine

- Operate the machine at the speed established for each label.

- Control and find ways to reduce the amount of damage to the running machine.

- Implement and ensure and ensure the fulfillment of orders according to the required plan

- Follow good practices, processes in the production process.

- Make production reports on demand and make sure all reports are done correctly according to the process.

- Attend all safety training.

- Understand and implement custom ISO and other standards.              

• High school diploma
• 5+ years experience working in related field
• Able to operate Heldeilberg machine (5-6 colors)
• Must be motivated towards productivity improvements, safety and quality awareness.
• Must possess or acquire within specified timing any licensures necessary to perform job.
• Skilled in working independently in a safe and timely manner necessary.
