Production Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Production Support Specialist to assist with daily production operations. This role involves monitoring customer order status, supporting the production team, and working closely with the Production Manager to ensure efficient workflow and timely order completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and check the status of customer orders throughout the production process

Communicate with the Production Manager to ensure schedules and priorities are followed

Provide support to the production team to maintain smooth daily operations

Track order progress and report any delays or issues

Maintain organized records of orders, production schedules, and related documentation

Assist with coordinating production activities as needed

Help ensure production goals and deadlines are met

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Ability to read and understand English

Spanish speaking is a plus

Good communication and teamwork skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required

Work Environment:

Production/manufacturing setting

Requires standing, walking, and active movement throughout the shift
