We are looking Production Support

Rate – 30% With Current Salary

We are looking someone can join in Max – 20-30 Days Do not sub those who have more than 1 month Notice Period

Interview date – 10- sept – 2015

Interview location – Pune /

Work location Pune

· IT Engineer / Graduate with Computers / IT with experience in providing L3 Technical Support

· Very good knowledge / exposure to at least one Unix, ldap, messaging & scripting skill

· Excellent trouble shooting skills, good communication skills

· Providing customer support in post-implementation support and maintenance.

· Willing to work in Shifts

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in language to be supported

· Experience in troubleshooting in a live technical environment

· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

· Superior customer service skills

· Ability to train peers on solutions

· Ability to take full ownership for resolution with escalated customers

· Ability to lead technical action plans

· Lead and provide expertise to team on projects.

· Highly developed knowledge of more complex solutions

· Education and Experience
