Accion Labs is a global technology services firm with offering a full range of product life-cycle services in the emerging technology segment. This includes Web 2.0, Open Source, SaaS/Cloud, Mobility, IT Operations Management/ITSM, Big Data and traditional BI/DW.

Through nine global offices and a rapid-response delivery model, Accion offers a range of engagement models such as turn-key projects, extended-teams, shared-IP development, offshore-leveraged engagements and professional staffing (contract, contract-to-hire & direct perm).

Role: Production Support Lead

Must have

· Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

· Strong business knowledge and ability to pick up application knowledge quickly

· Strong written, oral communication skills and able to manage user / vendor / customer

· Ability to easily adopt to any technology / environment

· 5 or more years’ production support experience across multiple technologies / platform as below:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science/engineering

· Experience in the Banking industry with 5+ years in Run-the-Bank (RTB) lead role with a proven track record.

· Customer Relations Management and Call Centre systems experience is an added requirement

· Strong conceptual and analytical skills – demonstrating outside-the-box problem solving skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimum direction and management oversight

· A strong and assertive communicator in speaking and writing

· Strong stakeholder management skills with main focus on continuous service improvement, consistent delivery and stability of production environment.

· Hands-on and strong knowledge of Windows Server NT/ UNIX/ Sybase/Oracle/SQL Server/Java / Middleware MQ / BMC/ Control-M

· Solid understanding of BAU support, incident, and problem management processes as well as escalation management across a diversified environment

Essential Technical Skill

· Customer Relations Management / Call Centre systems / Wealth Management.

· Windows Server NT/ UNIX / LINUX
