· NIGHT SHIFT: 7PM TO 7 AM (4/3 SHIFT)

· Utilizing PRTG Monitoring for events

· Alertsite Web monitoring

· SQL query runs

· Shift work 4/3 - Night Position

· Defined nightly check lists

· Escalation procedures

· Ability to stay on task and follow process
