Production Supervisor

Rotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow or liquids, gases and powders across many industries worldwide.

In this role, you play a critical role in overseeing the quality, planning and productivity of Pneumatics and Hydraulics and related processes to ensure operational excellence through effective day-to-day management.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating a team of production staff
• Managing and fostering a positive, productive and safe work environment
• Planning, organising and overseeing daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines
• Implementing and maintaining quality control processes to ensure products meet required standards
• Fostering a culture of discipline and continuous improvement driving enhancements to the work environment to support long term efficiency and team performance

 

 

 

Qualifications & Technical knowledge

• HND or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment 
• Management level qualification or significant experience of leading a team
• IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent qualification

Skills required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems
• Flexible, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude
• Strong team player who collaborates well with others
