The Working Production Supervisor for PrimeWall is responsible for both leading and actively participating in the daily manufacturing of large-format insulated aluminum wall assemblies, complete with windows, doors, and cladding. This hybrid role combines hands-on assembly work with supervisory duties, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery deadlines are consistently met.
The Working Supervisor coordinates labor, materials, and production flow across framing, glazing, cladding, and finishing stations while setting the tone on the floor through direct involvement in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Production & Operations
· Participate directly in manual assembly activities for aluminum wall systems.
· Supervise and support day-to-day production tasks, solving issues on the floor in real time.
· Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet project timelines and shipping requirements.
· Monitor workflow, labor allocation, and station efficiency to optimize throughput.
· Ensure materials, drawings, tools, and fixtures are staged and ready before production starts.
· Work collaboratively with engineering, logistics, quality, and project management teams.

Quality Control
· Ensure all wall assemblies meet engineering drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
· Perform and enforce quality checkpoints throughout framing, glazing, and cladding.
· Identify non-conformances, lead corrective actions, and perform hands-on rework when required.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
· High school diploma required; technical diploma or trade certification preferred.
· 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience—curtain wall, window wall, or glazing strongly preferred.
· 1–3 years of leadership, lead-hand, or supervisory experience in a production environment.

Technical Knowledge
· Strong understanding of aluminum wall assembly and glazing processes.
· Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication documentation.

Compensation
Salary Range: $60,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
