Production Supervisor (Office Hours / Day Shift)

Job Summary

Lead and supervise daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved. Support continuous improvement initiatives while driving team performance and operational excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and manpower arrangement to meet output targets.
• Monitor product quality, process compliance, and workplace safety standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams to resolve production issues.
• Drive continuous improvement activities to improve productivity, efficiency, and downtime performance.
• Coach, guide, and develop operators and line leaders to strengthen team capability.
• Prepare production reports and support KPI tracking for management review.

• STPM or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor production environment
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement tools
• Experience handling production KPIs, quality issues, or machine downtime
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, reporting, and basic data analysis
