As the Production Supervisor you will be responsible of supervise and execute production programs, managing resources efficiently, complying with established requirements, ensuring that personnel meet safety, quality, delivery and productivity standards. 
• Encouraging the discipline of respecting established procedures and instructions.
• Create and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Contribute to avoiding or reducing staff turnover/absenteeism.
• Develop cross-functional staff.
• Create and maintain a healthy work environment.
• Ensure that your work team complies with the company's policies and procedures, as well as internal work regulations.
• Promote safe work practices and achieve objectives for ergonomics, health, safety  (6S’s).
• Make sure you meet key metrics: (Safety, Production, Scrap, Order Closing, VBS, Audits, Adherence, Cycle Counts, 6"s).
• Ensure product quality.
 
• Bachelor’s Degree: Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer, or all Engineering related. (Desirable)
• English level: Intermediate (Desirable).
• Proactive and organized.
• Effective time management skills.
• Available to change shifts.
• Personnel management.
• Ability to function independently within established guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office programs.
• Problem/issue resolution capability.
