Job Summary: The Production Supervisor for the ESS Line is a key role responsible for supervising and managing production operations specific to energy storage systems within the battery factory. This position involves team leadership, quality control, and ensuring the efficient and safe manufacturing of ESS products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the production team for the ESS Line, including operators and technicians.

• Collaborate with the Production Manager to implement production strategies and initiatives to optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality.

• Monitor and enforce safety and quality standards in the manufacturing process.

• Ensure that production schedules are met and that products meet quality standards.

• Assist in identifying, assessing, and managing production-related risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.

• Oversee and monitor inventory levels of raw materials and work-in-progress to maintain efficient production.

• Provide guidance and support to production team members to ensure smooth operations and a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 to 7 years of experience in production supervision, preferably within the manufacturing of energy storage systems or similar products.

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

Base Pay Information: Base pay is one component of our total compensation package and is determined within a specific range. The specific base pay for the Production Supervisor - ESS Line role will depend on factors including the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. This provides you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and advance your career at Gotion. The base pay range for this role is shown below, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location.

Expected Pay Range
$100,000—$125,000 USD
