Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Production / Studio Designer to join a fast-paced creative agency team focused on social and eCommerce content production.

This is a highly executional role centered on templating, versioning, and scaling creative assets across digital platforms. You will work within small, collaborative creative pods, delivering high-volume, high-quality assets with efficiency, precision, and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate thrives in production environments, understands performance-driven creative, and is comfortable managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Take templated designs and produce multiple high-quality variations

• Create social media posts and eCommerce assets

• Develop enhanced content and secondary imagery

• Ensure strict adherence to established brand guidelines

• Manage tight deadlines across multiple concurrent projects

• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors and Project Managers

• Maintain well-organized files and production-ready outputs

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in production or studio design

• Advanced proficiency in:

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (basic animation is a plus)

• Experience producing digital and social-first content

• Strong attention to detail and execution accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with paid social asset versioning and performance-driven creative

• Experience creating Amazon and other eCommerce enhanced content

• Familiarity with TikTok ad layout trends

• Experience working with templated systems and design systems

• Proven ability to scale high-volume creative production

• Ability to turn one master design into 15+ variations

• Basic After Effects animation skills

• Experience preparing layered files for motion handoff

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for digital placements

• Familiarity with Figma

• Experience working within structured agency workflows

• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Asana, Monday, Jira, etc.)
